Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
